Renu Kansal
Founder & Artistic Director

From a young age, Renu Kansal’s enthusiasm and passion for dance led her parents to enroll her in ballet classes. The technique and discipline provided a solid foundation to her dance training, but she was still restless for more energetic and compelling styles of dance. Curious and passionate, Renu spent years studying ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, b-girl technique, tap, African, Haitian, salsa, kathak and bharatanatyam from some of the world’s foremost dancers, as well as aerial silk & lyra, yoga and Pilates. It was only after searching for fulfillment in studying and choreographing these many and varied global styles of movement, that she re-discovered a dance form linked to her own roots, which encapsulated all the elements she loved about dancing: Bollywood.

On a visit home to India several years ago, Renu discovered Bollywood movies and the cornerstone of the Indian film style—bollywood dancing. Stylistically, that was the turning point for Renu. A native of Arizona, Ken's performing arts career has taken him both on-stage and backstage, from the big city (NYC) to the high seas, and across more than 13 countries. After three years as a Company Manager for national touring productions, he is now the Choreographer and Assistant Producer for the international organization Up with People; a global education program bringing the world together through service and music. click here for more...

Caitlin Brozna
Teaching Associate

Caitlin, a Denver native, began her dance and music training at an early age, to supplement training for her competitive figure skating career. The majority of her study was concentrated in both classical ballet and jazz.

After obtaining her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and Dance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, her love of dance inspired her to branch out and study more world forms of dance, including Tap, Lebanese and Egyptian styles of Belly Dance, American Cabaret, Salsa, African, and Brazilian Samba No Pe. click here for more...

Erin Abramson
Teaching Associate & Dance Captain: large-scale performances

At the age of three, Erin began her dance training and started a lifelong affair with dance, music, theater and everything else performing arts. She has nearly 20 years of dance experience varying between tap, jazz, contemporary, ballet, and acro/ gymnastics. As a young adult dancer, Erin was awarded several competition medals and was the merit-based recipient of a four-year scholarship to the world-renowned professional training center, the Young Canadians School of Performing Arts, in Calgary. click here for more...
